Soulcraft with Judy Dixon

The Soul's Journey

I believe the soul's journey begins at birthday until now! At this stage on your journey what do you still want to let go, begin a new, make a change? Maybe it's about letting go old patterns that do not serve us anymore. How many of us recognize our mother or father's voice when we speak?? Are you still open to learning and growing? We are responsible for our lives, if it's to be it's up to me! So what do we want to do? How do we want to be? How do we want to live together as a community? How do we discern the right direction and make wise decisions with an open heart? Hard as it is, no one else can do this for us, as the answer is within to find ways of 'knowing' and 'being'. Inner attention or inner mahi (work) doesn't further selfishness or narcissism, instead it can open up the world and your connection to it. It's not about forcing something to happen but 'getting out of our own way!' A bit like small plants that know how to grow or a wound that knows how to mend, to heal, there's an energy or current flowing, some mystery at work under the surface by whatever name. The effort seems to be in maintaining balance. A living balance of will and willingness, intention and surrender, holding tight and letting go, How do we find our way and help others to find theirs? We now have so much knowledge of the wisdom traditions from great souls around the world and from human sciences. Bringing these together we have an incredible body of knowledge and wisdom that helps us recognize humanity at its best. Together these insights - Eastern and Western, psychological and spiritual, scientific and religious, ancient and modern form a matrix for growing our humanity and finding our way. The five strategies of the Virtues Project help us build, balance and integrate our psychological and spiritual life on earth. It is my intention to continue day retreats to support this kaupapa. Please email me with your thoughts. I'd love to hear from you. Sending you aroha and courage.
